New York Architects, Brian Billings and Nathan Turoff have been collaborating on design projects since 1990. The firm of Billings Turoff Architects was established in 1997. Our work is predicated on a philosophy in which the context of a project and the needs of the individual client inform our design more powerfully than an arbitrary “style”.
